Can I add my own logo and tags?

Absolutely. This is a core part of our Private Label service. We can work with you to design and add custom logo tags, branded dust bags, and other packaging elements.

What is the lead time for a custom OEM (source-level) order?

A minimum of 3 months. This is because we are coordinating directly with artisans in Colombia, which includes 1.5 months for pattern allocation and 1.5 months for weaving.

What is the lead time for a Private Label (Remake) order?

This is much faster, as it is based on our in-stock inventory. The lead time depends on the complexity and quantity of the Remake, but often ranges from 2 to 4 semaines.

What are the MOQs for custom orders?

MOQs vary. Source-level OEM (custom patterns) requires a higher volume. Our Remake Private Label service is highly flexible, with MOQs as low as 5 units for a single style.
