Pactus began in a 10sqm, windowless office with 50 bags and a vision to fill a gap in the market.
First Trip to South America
Our founder traveled to Colombia, overcoming language barriers to build direct, compassionate artisan relationships.
Scaling & Formalizing
We moved into a 150sqm studio and established official, reliable import logistics with UPS to ensure stable delivery.
The "Rehacer" Pivot
