The 10sqm Office
Pactus began in a 10sqm, windowless office with 50 bags and a vision to fill a gap in the market.
First Trip to South America
Our founder traveled to Colombia, overcoming language barriers to build direct, compassionate artisan relationships.
Scaling & Formalizing
We moved into a 150sqm studio and established official, reliable import logistics with UPS to ensure stable delivery.
IL "Remake" Pivot
Responding to price wars, we officially launched our “Remake” service and global website to lead the industry with innovation.
